The CMS Specialist will support the Website Administrator to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of Joomla 5 websites, while managing key integrations with external platforms.

This role demands deep expertise in Joomla configuration, performance tuning, and a wide range of extensions, alongside proficiency in analytics and form integrations.

You will be responsible for maintaining stable, high-performing websites across multiple languages and sites, while organizing backups via mysites.guru. This is a fully remote position requiring close collaboration with the Systems Administration team, so strong communication skills and thorough documentation are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure Joomla 5 websites are configured and optimized for performance.
• Support cPanel and phpMyAdmin tasks for server and database management.
• Implement and manage form integrations with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics,
Google, HubSpot, and others.
• Utilize and manage Joomla extensions and components, including SP Page Builder Pro,
Helix Ultimate Framework, JCH Optimize Pro, RSForms Pro, GDPR compliance tools, and
Regular Labs extensions.
• Manage backups and site maintenance using mysites.guru, including leveraging its suite
of management tools.
• Analyze Joomla configuration files to troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Provide web assistance for content editing and site maintenance, especially during the
Website Administrator’s absence.
• Collaborate with the Systems Administration team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve
technical issues.
• Document processes, log work in Jira, and maintain clear records in Confluence.

Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of Joomla 4 & 5, including configuration, troubleshooting, and
performance optimization.
• Proficiency in cPanel, phpMyAdmin, and Bootstrap 5.
• Hands-on experience with form integrations (Microsoft Dynamics, Google, HubSpot,
etc.).
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and related analytics tools.
• Expertise in Joomla extensions/components including SP Page Builder Pro, Helix
Ultimate Framework, JCH Optimize Pro, RSForms Pro, GDPR tools, and Regular Labs
extensions.
• Experience using mysites.guru for backups and site management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for an international
remote work environment.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation.
