Marketplace Listings Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketplace Listings Associate to manage and optimize our product catalog across major Canadian online retail platforms, including Amazon Canada, Home Depot Canada, Canadian Tire, Rona, and Wayfair. This role will begin with a Canadian marketplace focus and expand to support US platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and Lowe’s. You will ensure all listings are live, accurate, and competitive, while coordinating with a US-based team in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain product listings on:
- Home Depot Canada via AIM
- Canadian Tire & Rona via DSCO
- Wayfair through its backend portal
- Amazon Canada (including creation of Buy Boxes and Shadow SKUs)
- Schedule, monitor, and report on promotional activities across marketplaces
- Monitor inventory and product availability across all channels, resolving issues proactively
- Identify suppressed, incomplete, or policy-violating listings and correct them
- Maintain listing documentation and assist with bulk uploads or updates using Excel
- Coordinate internally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on listing execution and goals
- Translate product content using AI tools to support bilingual (English/French) requirements when necessary
- Recommend new SKUs to the catalog bi-monthly with data-supported rationale
- Monitor reviews on products for low ratings
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Proven experience managing listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, or similar)
- Proficient in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization)
- Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and overlapping time zones
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for completing tasks independently
- Strong English language and grammar skills
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with the specific marketplaces we operate in (Amazon Canada, Home Depot Canada, DSCO portals, Wayfair)
