The Organization is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm, helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to support the delivery of digital initiatives and the ongoing development of our marketing technology stack.

Working in the talented and dynamic IT and Digital Team, the Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of applications across the firm and plays a vital role in enabling IT functions for our 350+ employees. This role requires a strong understanding of business application technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for 3rd party applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Monitor the performance and availability of applications.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement, monitor and maintain solutions.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in application support.
• Excellent knowledge of platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications in technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
