Sales Costing & Order Entry Specialist
About the Role
We're hiring for a growing US-based custom manufacturing business that produces high-volume, branded products for major organizations across multiple industries. You'll join a collaborative team and learn how pricing decisions are made in a fast-moving production environment.
This role combines pricing analysis, commercial decision-making, and order management. You'll receive training on the company's pricing framework and gradually build the judgment needed to handle increasingly complex requests.
What You'll Do
Review and process incoming costing requests
Apply pricing guidelines and business rules to determine appropriate pricing
Consider customer, margin, and business factors when making pricing recommendations
Enter and maintain customer orders accurately
Investigate missing information and resolve pricing questions
Work closely with US-based stakeholders and partner teams
Support pricing consistency and operational efficiency
Develop commercial and analytical decision-making skills over time
What You'll Bring
Required
Strong written and verbal English skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
Willingness to work US Eastern Time hours
Ability to work onsite in the Philippines
Nice to Have
Pricing, costing, quotations, estimating, or order management experience
Manufacturing, production, apparel, or supply chain experience
Experience supporting international teams
Data entry or sales support background
