About the Role

As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email campaigns using Klaviyo and internal planning tools. From building and scheduling emails to conducting detailed quality assurance checks, you'll help ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time while maintaining brand consistency and a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Build, format, and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo using HTML and drag-and-drop templates.

• Schedule campaigns in line with marketing calendars and project timelines.

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing, including links, content accuracy, personalization, and rendering across devices and email clients.

• Coordinate approvals with Marketing and Project Management stakeholders before launch.

• Ensure all communications align with established brand guidelines and email marketing best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email setup, formatting, and delivery.

• Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline campaign workflows and execution.

What You'll Bring

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform such as Mailchimp.

• Basic HTML skills for email editing and formatting.

• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach to work.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while following established processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

• Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.

• Experience collaborating with global or distributed marketing teams.
