Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a well-rounded Graphic Designer with strong branding and merchandising experience to help create impactful visual assets across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in developing creative concepts, producing high-quality designs, and ensuring brand consistency across print, digital, and product-related materials.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical design skills with creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from brief to completion.

What You'll Do

• Design merchandise-related assets including t-shirt graphics, environmental graphics, mock-ups, and packaging.

• Create marketing materials, branded collateral, digital assets, and product renders.

• Develop logos, EDS boards, packaging concepts, and brand application materials.

• Perform high-quality photo editing and image manipulation with strong attention to scale, composition, and detail.

• Design print and digital presentations, e-blasts, and web banners.

• Transform creative briefs into polished design solutions from concept through final production.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, the Creative Director, and Art Manager to deliver projects aligned with business goals and brand standards.

• Contribute original design concepts and support internal creative initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally including merchandising-related projects.

• Strong understanding of branding, page layouts, typography, and visual design principles.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe InDesign

• Ability to interpret design briefs and execute projects independently from start to finish.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working across multiple project types and stakeholders.

• Willingness to complete a design assessment as part of the recruitment process.

Nice to Have

• Experience or background in web design.

• Exposure to product rendering and packaging design projects.

• Experience working with both print and digital marketing assets.
