Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer: deliver brand-consistent production art across packaging, digital and retail, streamline workflows, and empower senior creatives to push boundary.
Position objective
The Creative Production Designer supports the organization's Creative team by delivering accurate, brand-consistent production design and finished artwork across product, packaging, digital, retail visual merchandising and wholesale channels. The role manages high-volume production execution, asset adaptation and file preparation to improve workflow efficiency, reduce production bottlenecks and enable senior creative team members to focus on strategic brand, campaign, customer and product innovation work.
Key Responsibilities and Duties (Principal Accountabilities)
Product and Packaging Artwork
- Execute finished product and packaging artwork across components, cartons, labels and related product assets.
- Complete artwork revisions including image, copy, ingredients, compliance, barcode and partner-specific updates.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork files in line with approved specifications, timelines and production requirements.
- Create product line-ups, packaging mock-ups and basic artwork rollouts to support range, launch and wholesale needs.
Digital Asset Production
- Support the new brand website and BAU digital requirements by producing accurate, customer-first image and asset adaptations.
Prepare, resize and adapt eCommerce imagery, PDP assets, product page content and campaign imagery for digital channels.
- Roll out digital campaign asset adaptations across required formats, placements and specifications.
- Maintain consistency across live-site, launch, social and campaign assets while meeting channel-specific requirements.
VM and Retail Execution
- Produce visual merchandising signage, store graphics and retail campaign artwork for store environments.
- Adapt creative campaign assets for retail, VM and in-store formats within tight campaign rollout timelines.
- Support concept mock-ups and presentation assets for retail execution, wholesale proposals and store activation needs.
Wholesale Asset Preparation
- Format, resize and adapt product, digital, VM and packaging assets for wholesale and international partner requirements.
- Prepare partner-specific artwork, proposal documents, product mock-ups and print-ready files for wholesale execution.
- Support asset delivery for partners such as Target, Next, Priceline, Superdrug and other wholesale channels as required.
Quality Control and Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistent Allkinds brand presentation across all production artwork and asset adaptations.
- Check files for accuracy, sizing, resolution, spelling, barcode placement, compliance updates and production readiness before handover.
- Follow approved brand guidelines, templates, file naming conventions and workflow processes.
- Escalate risks, missing information, specification gaps or timeline concerns early to the Creative Director or relevant project lead.
Workflow and Team Support
- Manage assigned production tasks efficiently, balancing BAU, campaign, product, digital, retail and wholesale priorities.
- Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, product stakeholders and digital partners to clarify briefs and deliver accurate outputs.
- Help reduce production bottlenecks by taking ownership of high-volume adaptations, routine artwork updates and repeatable production tasks.
- Maintain organised working files and final assets so they can be easily accessed, reviewed, updated and reused by the Creative team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or a related creative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of print production, finished art and digital asset preparation requirements.
Experience
- Experience in a production design, finished art, graphic design or creative studio support role, ideally within beauty, retail, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated experience preparing print-ready artwork and adapting assets across multiple channels and specifications.
- Experience with packaging artwork updates, including copy, barcode, ingredient, compliance or regulatory changes.
- Experience producing or adapting eCommerce, digital campaign, social, retail signage, VM or wholesale presentation assets.
- Strong file management capability, including version control, asset organisation and clear handover practices.
- Experience working with remote, offshore or cross-functional teams is advantageous.
