Partnership Coordinator
THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to support the account management of partners in a fast-growth scale-up. Unlike siloed account management roles in larger companies, this position is end-to-end: from pitching and onboarding through to campaign execution, and reporting.
Your portfolio will span leading wellbeing brands across categories like fi tness, healthy meals, activewear, self-care, beauty, supplements, insurance and more. Some accounts will be managed at scale, while others will need deeper, strategic engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Account Management
● Assist in winning and onboarding new wellbeing partners by developing compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
● Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities.
● Position WHEREFIT as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner’s marketing mix.
Campaign & Platform Execution
● Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results.
● Infl uence the structure and opportunities in WHEREFIT’s placement campaigns alongside Marketing
● Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.
Growth & Data
● Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner engagement.
● Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders.
● Act as the voice of partners in shaping WHEREFIT’s growth.
DESIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
● 2–3 years in partnerships or account management (affi liate, loyalty, or media background is a plus).
● Tertiary qualifi cations in Business, Marketing or related fi elds
● Track record in account management (optimisations, relationship growth).
● Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
● Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritisation and adaptability skills.
● Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement.
