Product Information Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Information Administrator to support the management of product, pricing, promotional, and master data across multiple systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate product setup, promotional execution, and timely data distribution across planning, reporting, and store systems.
You will work closely with Buyers, Product Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and on-time delivery of promotional and pricing information.
Key Responsibilities
Product Master Data Management
Maintain and update product master data across core systems
Support product setup and change requests
Maintain supplier, costing, size range, colour code, duty, and freight tables
Manage seasonal pricing and product status updates
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product data for planning and reporting
Pricing and Promotions
Prepare and manage promotional briefs and templates
Set up pricing and promotional files in system tools
Perform validation and compliance checks
Conduct promotional testing in POS environments
Support channel- and customer-type-specific promo setups
Ensure accurate and timely pricing data across systems
Data Publication and Reporting
Maintain and distribute sale and promotional lists
Prepare sale comparison and reporting files
Manage end-of-sale and seasonal RRP change instructions
Maintain supplier RRP and barcode generation lists
Respond to store pricing and promotion queries
Ensure all published pricing and promotional data is validated and accurate
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with Buyers, Product Managers, Marketing, VM, Finance, and Store teams
Support critical path deadlines for product and promotional launches
Systems You’ll Work With

System experience is preferred but trainable for strong candidates.
Requirements
Required
Strong data administration experience
Experience navigating multiple business systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic Excel and Word skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in numeric or data analysis
Experience in retail, product, or promotional data environments
Reporting or presentation skills
