Replenishment Analyst Supervisor
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years supply chain or inventory management experience.
- 1-3 years of vendor management and forecast analysis experience.
- Previous Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, total cost analysis, and supply chain management fundamentals.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills utilizing MS Office Software.
- Strong tactical negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Product Development, Merchandising, and/or Warehousing/Logistics preferred.
Job Skills & Traits
- Ability to lead, develop, mentor, and mentor a team of Replenishment Analysts with complete oversight on all projects.
- Supervisor must be able to set clear expectations of what is expected of the team and the individual analysts.
- Supervisor must be able to execute and support the company goals through achievement of the team SLA’s, key metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team and leadership.
- The individual in this position must be resourceful, self-starting, and assertive in the ownership of their responsibilities, always protecting the interests of the company while simultaneously developing and maintaining excellent working partnerships with the managers, employees, and vendors with whom they must work to be successful.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support team with escalations and overflow work as needed.
- Regular, proactive communication and partnership other teams especially the Program Managers, Purchasing, Merchandising and Merchandise Planning on state of business and escalations and future projects.
- Conduct weekly 1:1’s with direct reports.
- Identify Replenishment Analysts’ areas for training and coaching opportunities. Ensure the execution of any corrective action or performance improvement plan.
- Ensure item attribute enrichment is completed for accuracy and partner with Purchase Specialist/Purchasing Specialist Supervisor to mitigate any discrepancies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency regularly.
- Oversees incoming planning/procurement requirements ensuring balance within sector workload and greater team.
- Develop positive working relationships with cross functional teams and vendors.
- Monitor product specification and purchasing requirements for completeness and adherence to BDA procurement standards as needed. Monitor completeness of data in Planning Sheet.
- Support team in scheduling, monitoring, and expediting delivery of materials to ensure on time program launch and achievement of fulfillment goals as needed.
