Senior Procurement Administrator
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Senior Procurement Administrator will primarily focus on the delivery of Anti-Modern Slavery compliance activities, supporting the organization’s obligations across approximately 680 suppliers. This role is critical in ensuring timely follow-up, data validation, and risk tracking for supplier compliance. Once Anti-Modern Slavery processes transition into a Business-As-Usual (BAU) state, the role will provide supplementary support to general procurement administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Anti-Modern Slavery Delivery (Approx. 90%)
- Lead communications with suppliers to ensure timely distribution and return of Anti-Modern Slavery documentation and questionnaires.
- Monitor and track progress across 680 suppliers, proactively following up to ensure completion within set deadlines.
- Validate returned supplier documents against internal compliance checklists, flag non-conformities, and ensure all required information is received.
- Input supplier responses into internal systems, generate risk ratings, and maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Support the development of a BAU process for Anti-Modern Slavery, including documentation standardization and stakeholder reporting.
- Act as a key liaison for internal teams and provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations as needed.
Procurement Administrative Support (Approx. 10%) To be activated once Anti-Modern Slavery processes are in BAU state.
- Assist with administrative procurement tasks, such as data entry, contract tracking, and document formatting.
- Support the maintenance of procurement records and reporting tools.
- Provide backup support for team coordination and documentation processes as required.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience managing large volumes of supplier data
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant document management systems
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in compliance or regulatory environments (desirable)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in supplier engagement, compliance administration, or a similar role
- Experience working with large supplier datasets and document validation processes
- Exposure to procurement or contract administration is a plus, though not essential
- Familiarity with Anti-Modern Slavery or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) compliance frameworks is highly advantageous
