Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Willing to work shifting schedules if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Australian, US, or UK customers.
Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
