We're looking for an experienced Finance Team Leader to lead our Manila-based Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team, supporting a fast-growing Australian retail and distribution business. Working closely with senior finance leaders in Sydney, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, improving processes, and helping build a world-class offshore finance function.

What You'll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance while supporting and developing your team.
You'll:
Lead, coach, and develop AP & AR team members
Manage workload distribution and team performance
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and collections
Act as the primary liaison between the Manila team and Sydney finance leadership
Support month-end reporting and finance close activities
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Maintain strong controls, compliance, and governance standards
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
