Procurement Manager
Procurement Manager: accelerate onboarding, streamline time-to-contract, and embed AI to drive vendor governance in Fintech — collaborate with Legal, CFO, and Board.
Responsible for
Tier 1 vendor governance: maintaining the register, ownership, and review cycles.
New vendor onboarding : enabling the business with fast and compliant activation.
Time-to-contract acceleration: streamlining processes and removing bottlenecks.
AI agent leverage: embedding AI agent to drive best procurement outcomes.
Audit & compliance support: implementing controls addressing internal audit findings on third-party risk.
Experience
Vendor lifecycle management in Fintech or financial services environments.
Procurement operations & time-to-contract optimisation: partnering with Legal and business stakeholders to accelerate deal execution Running RFx processes and vendor evaluations
Skills
Skills AI & automation: comfortable leveraging AI agents to drive efficiency, accelerate RFx, deals contract cycles, and to unlock commercial value.
Enterprise systems adaptability curious and quick to master tools used in vendor onboarding and governance (e.g., NetSuite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Jira, LawVu).
Stakeholder engagement & follow-through proactive in chasing business owners and delegates to close governance actions and keep vendors compliant.
Analytical & reporting rigour – strong Excel, dashboard, and data storytelling skills to deliver executive-ready insights for the CFO, CIO, and Board.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
4-7 years' relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk, ideally within Fintech or financial services
