D365 ERP (FO) Developer
We are seeking an experienced D365 ERP(FO) Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (FO) platform.
Key Responsibilities and Duties (Principal Accountabilities)
PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 (D365) ENVIRONMENT
Design and develop extensions, upgrades, defect fixes, data migrations, and integrations in D365 F&O (HQ), Power Platform, D365 Store Commerce (POS), and SQL Server.
Manage environments, users, security setup, configuration, and license optimization for D365 F&O and Commerce, ensuring cost efficiency.
Responsible for build, release, and deployment using Azure DevOps through appropriate release management process
Provide guidance to functional consultants, BAs,and vendors in creating and implementing functional designs.
Ensures tight linkage between the Service Level Management process and other related processes
Continuously ramp up skills in emerging technologies, including Data, AI, and new features in D365 F&O and Power Platform.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF MICROSOFT D365 PLATFORM
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and stability.
Handle and resolve Level 3 helpdesk tickets, service requests, and escalations for Dynamics 365.
Administer configuration changes and perform testing to ensure system stability in production environments.
Participate in IT and cross-functional meetings to address system issues, enhancements, and training needs.
Support ongoing improvement initiatives and technology adoption within the Dynamics platform.
PROVIDE QUALITY DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Deliver designs and enhancements with minimal defects.
Resolve issues within agreed SLAs
Update stakeholders on status and changes
Escalate complex or high-severity incidents
WORK HEALTH & SAFETY
Demonstrate positive safety behaviours by cooperating and adhering to any reasonable safety instruction, policy or procedure
Complete WHS induction and any prescribed WHS training.
Prevent situations that may cause harm to you or others
Identify and report hazards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate) and ITIL are highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE
Technical Skills
Minimum 5+ years of development, design & support experience in D365 ERP.
X++ development: form customization, reports, data migration, integrations, and performance tuning.
Experience or willingness to self-learn and deliver in Dynamics 365 F&O Store Commerce enhancements using C# and TypeScript.
Build & deployment using Azure DevOps with Git/TFS and release management.
Retail experience and Microsoft ecosystem familiarity (Azure, Integration Services, Fabric, AI) are a plus.
Reasonable product functional knowledge in retail, SCM, finance etc to design solutions.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Knowledge of Power platform and Copilot Studio will be a plus
Flexible hours as after-hours work may be required in case of priority task or high priority incident
