Amazon Ads Paid Media Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented Amazon Ads Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our Sponsored Ads strategy and execution. This role is critical in driving performance for our clients by managing campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for efficiency, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Manage budget pacing and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with a strong focus on actionable insights that inform strategy. Prepare clear, concise executive summaries for the client service team.
Strategic Input: Collaborate on ad strategies and push back when necessary to ensure best practices and profitability.
Tools & Tech: Use platforms like Helium10, Skai, and Amazon Ads console for insights and optimizations. Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs for reporting and analysis.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable being client-facing when needed.
Confident personality with the ability to challenge ideas constructively.
Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
Customer-first approach in all actions.
Preferred Experience
3+ years managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
Familiarity with Helium10, Skai, and/or other retail media tools.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite especially Excel and Google Workspace.
