UX/UI Designer
Role Overview
We are hiring a UX/UI Designer to support our ongoing eCommerce and B2B platform
projects. The role requires someone who can work independently, design across both
mobile and web, and handle admin/dashboard interfaces as well as customer-facing
flows.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on design skills, understands eCommerce
workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced, shifting environment where requirements are not
always clear and timelines are tight.
Core Requirements
Experience
• 5–10 years of UX/UI design experience (mid-senior level).
• Enough experience to work without handholding, but not so senior that
they expect leadership or rapid growth.
• Strong background in eCommerce (B2B and/or B2C).
• Should have worked on checkout flows, bulk ordering, product catalogs,
client portals, or white-label/multi-brand platforms.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Familiar with admin portals, dashboards, or enterprise tools (not just consumerfacing
apps).
• Comfortable working on projects with limited documentation, shifting priorities,
and short timelines.
Skills
• Hands-on design: wireframing, prototyping, building and maintaining design
systems.
• Strong understanding of user flows and task-focused design.
• Able to make assumption-based design decisions when testing isn’t possible.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and
stakeholders.
• Tools: Figma (must), plus familiarity with standard design/collaboration tools (Miro,
Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Sketch (optional), Zeplin (optional).
Soft Skills
• Independent worker — can own projects without much guidance.
• Adaptable — comfortable when requirements are incomplete or change midproject.
• Practical — balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborative — works well with cross-functional teams.
• Communication — can explain design choices clearly without jargon.
