E-commerce Coordinator
Primary Purpose of Role
The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for:
- The effective enrichment, display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey.
- The effective display, ranking and prioritisation of products and information to drive the optimal customer purchase journey.
- Build and maintain (low code) web landing pages.
- Managing the product lifecycle of digital products to go online
Key Result Areas and Responsibility
A. Online Merchandising
- Enrichment of digital products.
- Creation of new categories as required and based off requirements
- Working in partnership with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute on their season launches, product launches and promotional activity.
- Responsible for updating/ changing and monitoring the navigation for each brand website to ensure correct placement of products in categories and customer journeys.
- Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing Merchandising Tool functions.
- Supporting the eComm merchandising team in managing landing pages through Page Builder to enable promotional and strategic activity for marketing & merch.
- Updating and changes banners, supported by the web development team.
B. Reporting & Administration
- Accessing and retrieving relevant data to be used in reporting
Key Skills Qualifications & Experience
Prerequisite Skills:
- Outstanding Excel knowledge
- Highly organised
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding and experience with web optimisation & product data
- Confident in using various tools and systems to analyse data & ability to understand what it means
- Aptitude for understanding technical systems and system integration.
- Ability to adopt a commercial mindset
Education/Qualifications/Memberships:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications or Marketing preferred
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience within digital & content.
- eCommerce experience, including familiarity with various eCommerce platforms
