Customer Care Representative

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Care Representative who thrives on helping people and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and timely support.
- Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, offering thoughtful solutions and potential guidance throughout their car buying journey.
- Coordinate Dealerships- such as test drives or dealership visits, proving feedback and ensuring a smooth stress-free experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and maintain engagement.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you’re empathetic, speak clear English, and professional.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role (preferably in an automotive industry)
- Needs to have passion about cars
- Comfort with technology — email platforms, and video calls when needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at researching and explaining things to car shoppers — whether it’s answering specific questions about a vehicle, dealership policies, or helping request additional materials like photos.
- Excellent at follow-ups and managing multiple open cases or tickets simultaneously, ensuring no customer is left behind and every inquiry is resolved efficiently.
