Program Coordinator Lead, Operations
The Program Coordinator Lead, Operations is responsible for leading a team of Program Coordinators who support the execution of key operational tasks within our client programs. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality work output, team development, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, experience in mentoring or supervising others, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative - a team-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with empathy and accountability. This position reports to the Director of Operations, Program Management.

• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee a team of Program Coordinators (5-8 direct reports), providing daily support, coaching, and guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of program tasks.
• Workflow Prioritization: Assign and balance workload across the team, ensuring alignment with program priorities, milestones, and SLAs.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and review team deliverables (e.g., site QA, product copy, inventory updates) to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional collaboration involving Marketing, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Tech for tasks owned by the Coordination team.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline Coordinator tasks and drive standardization through documentation, SOP development, and tool optimization.
• Training & Onboarding: Create and maintain onboarding materials and ongoing training plans to upskill new hires and support team development.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provide feedback to leadership on team performance, resource needs, and process gaps; contribute to broader operational initiatives and planning.
• Support Program Success: Partner with Program Managers and Leads to ensure the Coordinator team is well-aligned and contributing to the overall success of client programs.
• Support BDA Success: Support Operations Leadership in the execution of Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) and company initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, marketing coordination, or program support roles.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Monday.com, or other project/task management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritize competing deadlines.
