Graphic Designer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
As Graphic Designer, you will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, producing work to the highest standard for a wide variety of print and digital-based assets. You will provide a consistent and high level of professional, quality design output for assets across our global business working on a variety of creative projects from design concept through to final production.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Collateral and communications
- Design and production of a variety of print and digital assets for marketing, investor relations and other stakeholders including, but not limited to: print and digital brochures and flyers, miscellaneous reports, advertisements, branded merchandise, signage and promotional items, stationery, digital marketing assets and other items
Production and supplier management
- Manage/liaise with printers, (media outlets for advertisements) and other suppliers printing specs, quoting, deadlines and delivery.
Business Development / sales materials
- Design and production of business development templates (eg ‘PitchBook’) and bespoke sales pitches and pursuits and other materials to support sales efforts.
Presentations and documents
- Design of templates and bespoke presentations for on-screen, print and other presentations, including info-graphics, using PowerPoint, Word, InDesign and other appropriate software. Video
- Video editing, animation and motion graphics to produce promotional videos. Events
- Design and production of communication assets and materials for external and internal events (eg Global Staff Conferences) including event-related branding, invitations, digital or print invitations, Conference Apps, collateral and promotional items etc.
Website
- Interpretation and application of brand design for website in liaison with Marketing and Development Team
Branding
- Interpretation and application of new brand design across global assets, refinement and maintenance of Global Visual Identity Guide and ongoing policing of branding across company assets
Systems and procedures
- Development of design job-logging system, development and maintenance of design systems, file management and databases (eg global image library), sharing of design assets globally etc
Key role technical and behavioural competencies:
- This position is a dedicated marketing role and requires a focused individual who is highly motivated and solution-oriented with excellent critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a high degree of energy, the ability to promote the company through marketing campaigns and business development support, a thorough understanding of office procedures, accurate word processing skills, a willingness to provide support at all levels, and an outgoing, optimistic disposition.
- This position is suited to someone who is flexible and comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a dynamic environment in a growing organisation.
Required experience:
- Extensive experience in corporate branding, layout, composition, colour theory, typography information design; multimedia / motional graphics design in both print and digital media.
- Advanced skills and experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite of products and Photography / Videography.
- Extensive graphic design experience in the production of complex and long form information reports for both print and electronic media in a PC environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects, working independently and in a team to deliver complex and accurate information to varied audiences.
- Strong creative, strategic and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, writing and editing.
- Experience liaising and building relationships with key stakeholders across the globe.
- Ability to present design solutions to varying levels of the business.
- Must be well organised, with excellent time management skills and able to multitask.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Qualifications in design, marketing or an applicable field would be valued.
